PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Renholmen’s Triple stacker is a radically developed product and an innovative new device from Renholmen. With its three sets of forks and stable construction, the package stacker offers both the highest layering capacity on the market, at 30 layers per minute using the automatic lath placer, as well as a very gentle operation that is kind to the timber.

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
There is no acceleration during the package stacking process. The layer of timber with evened-off ends consistently maintains a constant transport speed and is fed out at one set of forks at a time, before being decelerated and stacked on the package. Horizontal forks stay in position as holders and wait for the next layer. While the last forks in the cycle are on their way, the first set are simultaneously pulled back to their starting position without affecting the process. The procedure is repeated until the package is complete.

The triple stacker can be combined with Renholmen’s lath robot for automatic lath placement, and can also be equipped with temporary separation for labelling and registration. Simple, effective and profitable!
